Yes there is, make sure you're logged in as administrator and then undo what you did (you didn't say where you set it to denied and there are a couple ways to do this so I hope you remember what you did.......likely it's on the share itself.....check both the permissions under the Sharing tab as well as the Security Tab) Likely you denied access either to an individual user account or to a group....so check the permission associated with the user account you can't access the fax with first, then check the group permission. NOTE: you will want Full Control Access set for the Administrator account on any/all shares.
