I agree with Elvis. Remember you can do a dual boot with an upgrade disk. A dual boot with fat32 does not mess up your old system, but allows you to keep that old system for finding drivers, and any other needs. Its a win-win, since you get all the advantages of a clean install of win2000. Yes, I know reimstallation is a nuisance, but! Later on, if you decide that you are super happy (as I am) with win2000, and you do not need the old system, you can convert to NTFS at that time. You have lost nothing
