Winpoet is NOT e-mail software. It is used with dialup networking in windows for
your ISP so they can use PPP over ethernet. When uninstalling winpoet you need to
run a program called nukepoet that should be installed when winpoet is installed.
DO NOT USE ADD/REMOVE PROGRAM as this will not completely reset winpoet. It will
ask for a file from the win98 cd and you will have to point it to the cd. if that
doesn't work and it still does not find the file, you will have to hit the details
button to see what the destination of the file is and have it just look there (you
will have to manually type in the destination). Also, it is usually a good idea
to reset dialup networking as well if problems persist since winpoet combines with
dun.
