edit desktop.ini in according folder and change:
ConfirmFileOp=0
1: Show without warning
0: Show warning

Goto "Options" and select "Show all files. (Sorry if a little different, I´m translating
from German!)
edit desktop.ini:

ConfirmFileOp=0
In the second section
PersistMoniker=file://Folder.htt
add a semicolon (;) at the beginning of the line:
;PersistMoniker=file://Folder.htt
That´s it.
