Well here's one I know works, I use it. You can download Transparent here To make this work properly though, you have to disable the "show web content" feature of active desktop. To do so: right click on an open space on your desktop, on the menu that comes up click on 'Active Desktop' and the disable (remove the check mark from) 'Show Web Content'
