You need to right-mouse-button it and choose "install". But my advice is
"don't do it!". I tried it on my Win2000 box and it didn't work. Sure, it
installed ok and gave me an extra tab on the keyboard dialog which let me
map CapsLock to Left Control, but it ignored the mapping, even after a reboot.
To add insult to injury, it now fails to uninstall! Gee thanks MicroGuys.
I suspect that it really is only meant to be a Win95 utility.
