Easy, in Windows explorer setup a folder the way you like it "details". Then select Tools / Folder Options / View and at the top left hand radio button select " Like Current Folder". Note all you desktop folders if any will now be in details. I have switched some Desktop folders to large Icons and Windows does remember. Mine does not. What's wrong with it? Regards Johann
