rename the file and add /kernal= 'your renamed file' switch in your bin.ini otherwise windoze file protection will overwrite the ntoskrnl.exe with an orig. copy. Also pic must be a 4 bit 16 color bmp if i remember correctly. . .(i use photoshop -> change image to indexed colors, 16 colours, save as 4 bit bmp; can also use mspaint)
