All I know is if you change the properties of the windows explorer "Target" window
to C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE /n,/e,C:\ explorer will open in the root directory
of the C drive, instead of that annoying My Documents thing. Replace C:\ with the
path to the directory you want explorer to open in. Works for me.
