I have the same issue
WIN2K SERVER
Configed with ICS, DNS set to ISP setting, ICS set up on the DSL connection (i.e.
not the PPPoE). Set up on one ethernet card
Second card (LAN) - Set to 192.168.0.1, DNS to ISP setting, all else disabled
WIN ME CLIENT - connected via Hub
Address set to 192.168.0.2 (Static), gateway is 192.168.0.1, DNS set to ISP
I can ping the win2k and vice versa, but no public address
