To "uninstall", use regedit to delete the key "keyremap" in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current
Version\Controls Folder\Keyboard\Shellex\PropertySheetHandlers. To get something
that does work for win2000 (win2k) go here: http://sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/ctrl2cap.shtml
