I went to the command promp. (start/run "cmd") . Changed my directory to the ftproot directory, ("CD C:/inetpub/ftproot"). Then I entered "del *.* /f /s /q" This deleted all the files but left all the subfolders. I still can't get rid of my subfolders, but it did free up all the space. Hope this helps.
