1. You need to remake the boot disks, there is a good chance that one of the floppies is no good. 2. Download and put onto floppy disk your IDE Drivers for your motherboard. 3. during setup it says press F6 to install 3rd party or scsi drivers, press F6. 4. when prompted insert your driver floppy. 5. if still a problem set your IDE drives to ATA66 in the BIOS (if u can). windows 2000 has a problem with ATA100. 6. there is a good chance you fried something when you underclocked your athlon so best of luck. let me know how it goes.
