My guess is that either you are using an upgrade or you have a copy of command.com from another version of DOS or Windows. Try going to start then run and typing CMD followed by hitting the enter key. This should drop you into a DOS box (CMD is an OS/2 command, bet you didn't know OS/2 programs would run on NT). If this happens, you have a copy of command.com from another version of DOS or Windows. At this point you have to make a choice, 1) do you really need to be able to boot into the other version or; 2) if you don't know where it came from, rename command.com to command.co1 and copy cmd from the c:\winnt to the root with a name of command.com.
