I'm not sure this is a good idea. If you install Windows NT first, then you will
be left with all the crap from it during the install.
It sounds to me like you are trying to reinstall from within Windows 2000. It would
be better if you just installed from boot (either floppies or CD) and chose to upgrade.
Even though you're not technically upgrading, it will just reinstall keeping your
current settings, which I assume is what you want to do.
