Win2000 not recognizing CD ROM Thursday, February 14, 2002 at 12:06 pm Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Dea Ann (1 messages posted) I have a Dell Latitude CPxj that does not recognize the CD ROM in Win2000. It is not the drive, it is a software problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but get the same message. I have run WinDoctor with no help. Even after it reloads the driver, the error is Your Registry might be corrupted (Code 19). Any ideas? Thanks!!!
