Then it sounds like you have made an association to the .ICO file extension. The
easiest way to remove it is to go to Control Panel, select Tools, Folder Options,
File Types and scroll down to the file type ICO. Check to see if there is a program
associated with it. There should not be. If there is, delete the file type and
restart.
