Stick with Win 2000 there is NOT much difference between the two other than graphical and a few other programa that Microsoft has incorporated into XP...cd burning, video editing. they also added a few programs that involve networks but for the average user you would not need them anyhow... Plus, win 2000 does not require that darn code registration...
