Within the Local computer policy snap-in, user configuration, windows settings, internet
explorer maintenance, URLs, you can specify the default URL. You can also just go
over to each PC, open up IE, go Tools, Internet Options, type in the address of your
page in the 'address:' field, and click OK. Hope this helps.
