I had the same problem and, after much research, found out that this happens because
Win2000 changed its boot-up procedure, causing sdk to time out. There's no harm done,
otherwise. Try taking PGPtray out of Start-up folder and only manually run PGPtray
after boot-up and the error message should go away.
