What do you do if you are on a restricted network and can't get into things like the device manager and registry? The computers don't have the sound card enabled, so instead of making a sound it still beeps. That's why the changing the sound to a blank sound doesn't work here either. I know you can do it, I've done it before...but I forgot how....
