I had this same problem as a result of my compulsive habits of trying to keep my system clean. I inadvertantly removed config.nt and autoexec.nt using an older uninstaller package. Fortunately, I was able to restore all my deletions including those two critical files and my MYM (Managing Your Money) Windows package is now running again. Restore or copy from installation CD's config.nt and autoexec.nt into c:\winnt\system32. That solved my problem. ===============================
