It also show up on the Taskbar down near the clock- you have to eject it to unplug it or the computer complains. The way it operates normally is as soon as you plug it in and turn it on a Removable Drive icon appears in My Computer next to the other drives. In our new computers operating Windows 2000 NT the removable drive doesn't appear. Hope you have a solution. I have HSC students waiting on the solution.
