I'm having the same trouble on Win2KPro: I want the folders to re-open, so I can remember what I was doing. No luck with TweakUI, no luck with the NoSaveSettings registry entry. Any ideas on how to search for this? All the keywords I can think of (window, explorer, open, start) are too common to give me a good search.
