I am also having the same problem and have tried everything that has been listed 
on this board including the netmeeting solution.  I have not been able to resolve 
the problem.  I would also appreciate any advice.  I am running Win2000/sp2 with 
all of the security updates.  I have a nVidia Quadro4 display adapter which is capable 
of having dual monitors, but I only have 1 installed.  I was suspect that the dual 
monitor capability might have something to do with the problem, but I am not sure. 
All drivers are up to date.  

It would be most interesting to see what similarities our systems have to see if 
we can narrow down where the problem might be.  

Any help would be most appreciated!
