Recently, I also got a win2000 Pro crash problem after I install a new AGP video card. My computer also use VIA chip. Any hints why this happen and how to diagnosis or fix it ? I have updated by bios, use a new power supply (I originally thought it was because of unstable power) but not use. Patrick
