The value is 1454. I have created the MTU registry key as instructed and rebooted, but that did not solve the problem. Can anyone help? Let me describe my setup and problem: * I have two machines connected via a crossover LAN cable. One machine has another Ethernet card connecting it to an external ADSL modem (=host machine). This Internet Connection is shared by the other machine (= client machine). * The host machine works fine. On the client machine I can browse any site but I cannot, however, send email through web based services like Hotmail and Yahoo!Mail from that machine.
