Basically, if you do a parrell install of W2K, you can then copy the contents of c:\winnt\repair folder to c:\winnt\system32\config (after deleting the contents of the config folder). Then you can boot into the original installation and access any data a user may have had on the hard drive. Unfortuanetly, the computers still need to be reimaged after this process is done.
