I am also experienceing problems with my Geforce 2 MX card similar to yours. I just
installed Windows XP and the graphics look fine & everything. The problems come when
I attempt to play any games or videos. I'm guessing this is a DirectX problem...or
a AGP Bus problem or something in the BIOS?...not sure...if anyone can help? I have
tried different Drivers from AOPEN and NVIDIA, same problems. I have installed the
VIA 4 in 1 drivers, no effect either.
My system specs are:
Pentium 500 (SLOT1 KATAMAI)
128MB PC100 SDRAM
Zida BX98-3D Motherboard with VIA VT82C691 Chipset
AGP 2x
AOpen Geforce 2 MX-400 w/TV-Out
Windows XP
