If your only concern is to have your PC Powerdown on Shutdown then do this: Go to
Device Manager, Check Computer Tree. If you have "Standard PC" listed follow these
steps. While still in device manager click View, and turn on View Hidden Devices.
Click on NT Apm/Legace Interface Node and open the tree. Right click on the item
listed there and "Enable" Reboot the machine and it will Powerdown on Shutdown.
