Actually another reason for this happening can be the that the administrator of the
site has set the header expiration to immediate. Other then using workarounds there
doesn't seem to be a means of getting to work. Has anyone tested an alternative browser
to see if this limitation also present. (I discovered this by using the Netinfo tool
to see the raw html/header info)
I wish the was a means of updating/forcing MS to acknowledge this a possible cause.
