hmmm... the tweakUI->paranoia->clear run history->clear selected items now should work like a charm. if you tried editing the registry and nothing happens then i dunno. are you running any software to take your registry entries? do you have a rights the computer to clear the run history? if still nothing works, fill up your run history with a whole lot of entries until the entry in question is gone.
