Stopping the NetMeeting service in Administrative tools worked on my Win2000. I
looked all over Microsoft's Knowledge Base for the solution. They mention nothing
of simply stopping a service. I have been editing Explorer registry keys and deleting
files per Microsoft. Microsoft should be embarrased that they do not have this solution
posted.
