Try this:
Start Regedit
Go to HKLM,Software,Microsoft,Windows,CurrentVersion,Run
Double-click Quick Time Task
put semicolon in front of
"C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
OK
Close Regedit
