Question about 'Use Multiple Languages on a Single System'

I have a question about Use Multiple Languages on a Single System:

I am in the UK but sometimes use the US regional options. My annoyance is that both icons are the same, ie EN in a blue square in the system tray. This means that i cannot tell at a glance what regional options have been selected. Is there any way anyone knows to change the icon so i can easily recognise which region I have selected??
