IIS5 will not start

Hi Guys
I am not sure what is causing the problem. I want to make some changes to my IIS5.
But it fails to fire up. I know it is there. I have tried uninstall and reinstall.
Sometimes uninstall shuts down my server with no exceptions warning.
Any ideas?
