Advanced Server, setup with a AD to have a domain controller, with 4 clients, a little over kill, ok! Try NetBEUI non-routable or IPX/SPX routable (it will use RIP). Other solutions are setup DNS and WINS neither one are really that hard to setup. If you do not have the Resource Kit ($300.00 retail) the RS is on-line at Microsoft to explain how to setup DNS and WINS.
