Hi Adam: Thanks for your suggestion. I found out that the error message is: Q296749, "Access violation during boot causes the computer to computer to re-boot." I have searched all of the fixes in Microsoft's Windows 2000 SP1, SP2 and SP3, however I have not found the hotfix to download to correct this problem, so I am still not able to correct this problem. Once again, your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Golfcart03
