Printing Problem with Font Sizes

I have developed a problem that can not be fixed by anyone I have talked with so
far.
Let me describe:
Using Outlook Express for my E-mail, printed E-mails were printed just as they looked
on the screen.
Recently, when I print a message, the header information prints as usual, at a 10
pt font, but the message prints in a large font that is 14 to 18 points.
I have looked at every possible setting involving fonts and have not been able to
determine what happened, or when it started. This also occurs when printing from
a web site.
I placed a question on several chat areas and have not received any answers.
It is not printer dependent because the same effect is present on two totally different
printers on my home office network.
I want to get back where I was before.
Do you have any ideas? Thanks for any ideas you may have.
