You can download a win98 boot disk from Here
If your Win2K is on an ntfs partition you will need to boot from the win98 bootdisk and run fdisk and delete any non dos partitions then create a new dos partition to replace it. Of course you can also use Partition Magic if you happen to have it. You will need to install Win98 on a primary partition and once its installed you can install XP if you have created a partition on which to install it.
