However, you can get the XP one by clicking here (scroll down to the bottom of the page.) After downloading, copy it into your c:\winnt\system32 folder (assuming 2000 is on drive c). You can then use msconfig as usual, i.e. Start - Run - type msconfig etc. Or you can download Startup Control Panel which is a neat little program that accomplishes the same thing.
