Try downloading RegCleaner 4.1 (www.download.com) and you can remove any startup apps, find the one that looks like the error msg and remove it. Also it could be something invalid in the registry, regcleaner can also do a search through your registry and remove orphan and invalid entries. And it makes a backup.
