Did some searching on the net for similar problems and i found this how-to on how to get around the trouble you're experiencing. I dont know if this work, but you might give it a go and tell us how it worked! Change the registry setting: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows NT\current version\winlogon Change PowerdownAftershutdown from 0 to 1.
