Well it seems as if you've got the problem solved. Solution: don't install wmp9
anymore. It's deeply embedded in the system, and i wouldn't install it witout a
system restore (in winme/xp), or without doing a fullback first. Some computers
just have problems wiht software that some people can't explain.
