Thanks so much for your feeback. I will be sure to keep it in the thread incase others need the same assistance. I took it to PC Club and they weren't able to fix it either. They, like you, said that I would have to put in the Windows ME cd and do a repair. But after looking for 2 hours last night I couldn't find my CD (of course in time of need). Do you know if I call Microsoft if I can get a replacement CD, or is this the time when I should just buy another one and upgrade to XP or go to 98? Any suggestions?
