Dear Eric,
I currently use WinXP. My e-mail, MSN Messenger and other sound schemes are missing.
I followed up your instructions step by step however; I had no luck. I had created
another user in the same PC, exported HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents subkey, (just as
you suggested) to my Shared Docs. I saved it as a Registration File, (.reg) and ran
regedit. Deleted the corrupted / missing file and imported the new file. Although
it says the transfer was successful, no changes took place.
Please advice,
Juan.
