Recently I read an article in a magazine. It gave a solution to this problem. The
solution worked for me so here it is:

1. Go to Outlook Express (OE) Tools->Options and click the Read tab, then the Fonts
button. In the Font Size box click Smallest, then OK, then OK again. Close OE.

2. Start Internet Explorer (IE). Got to View->Text Size and select Smallest. Close
IE.

3. Restart Windows (yes, really).

4. Start OE and set the text size to Medium using the same procedure as in #1 above.
Close OE.

5. Open IE and set the text size to Medium using the procedure in #2 above. Close
IE.

That's it.

As I say, it worked for me. Hopefully M$ will fix this problem soon.
