Hi there, I've run into the following error sequence whenever I try to shut down my computer. A pop up window with heading "End Program - c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\smss.exe" and the content of the box is "Windows cannot end this program. It may need more time to complete an operation. To return to Windows and check the status of the program, click Cancel. If you choose to end the program immediately, you will lose any unsaved data. To end the program now, click End Now." I wait and wait but the program never ends so I have to click "End Now" every time to end this program in order to shut down the computer. Does anyone know any fix to this problem. Please help. Thanks in advance Stephen
