I have actually found a solution... since my system still ran properly I figured,
there wouldn't be much wrong with the partitions, except for the dirty flag improperly
set.
I looked up some command options for Partition Magic and found this one:
Start qmagic with the "/ifc" option and it ignores this error.
Of course, I wouldn't recommend that with a partition that actually has an error...
even though, if there's nothing else that solves the problem, what can you lose?
