this is a simple thig to do altho one of the many replies may say the same thing
bt this dosent require installing any utilities or reg edits and is the proper way
to stop auto updater. go to control panel and open automatic updates, here you can
"turn it off". if you realy want to kill it at the source you should from control
panel go to administrative tools, then to services, find automatic updates, right
click on it, click proterties, dropdown next to startup type and chose disabled.
done and gone never to returne "until maby you install the next serice poke micro$oft
hacks up"
